I go to Twisted Fresh, decent place, yes? Every time I get it, I enjoy, no complaints. But the Buffalo chicken wrap, oh, it's like a spicy dance on my tongue! I give Twisted Fresh **4 stars**, because it's good, but that wrap, it's my favorite, always bring smile to my face, thank you, come again!
Enjoyed the chicken gyro wrap and side of broccoli salad. This wrap was awesome! Fresh veggies and sauce was spot on! Definitely will be back to have this gyro again! Great place for a quick fresh lunch!
My food at TF is always fresh! From the veggies to the meat! Nothing ever tastes old! Service is always quick as it's a very chill and relaxed environment. I've never felt overwhelmed by a bunch of people in the establishment.
I have gotten a to-go order of mahi mahi tacos and eaten the Baja shrimp tacos inside. The to-go order of the mahi tacos were good but did get a bit soggy on the way home. The Baja shrimp tacos, were very good and not soggy at all. The service was quick and the space was very clean. I plan on returning to try other items from their menu.
I ordered take-put here. Unfortunately they use MSG in most of their food, so my wife couldn't eat there. I order the Bourbon BBQ wrap and some potato salad. The wrap was quite good. Large portion. The potato salad was only OK. Take-put service was very fast. The one thing that irritated me, was like many restaurants that offer take-put they request a tip starting at 15%. Like many consumers, I don't appreciate being asked for a tip when I pick up my own food. I'd go back here again, if I was by myself.
This is a counter service fast food ish restaurant conveniently located on 135th with an interesting menu of wraps, tacos, burritos, and burgers. They have some fun and unique options for flavors that you don't see at other fast food places. You order at the counter in the back left corner, and they take your name. They call out your name at the counter when your food is ready. Don't forget to grab some salsa containers from the bar next to the soda fountain. The medium chipotle salsa is really good. All the tacos are inside a hard shell and then wrapped in a soft tortilla with cheese in between, so you end up with some crispy cheese fringe around the edge of your taco. And the tacos are huge!! 3 is plenty for a meal. The mahi mahi tacos are delish because of the sweet salsa on top. Definitely need a spicy salsa for balance though. The shrimp tacos were also good and fresh (made with the tiny baby shrimps which gets a little messy). The restaurant is clean-ish. It seemed like all the tables were a little sticky. And the service was okay. I was literally the only person in the restaurant, and it took a while to get my 2 orders of tacos. Plenty of parking and conveniently located to lots of things on 135th!
I've been here twice now. The first time was a DoorDash order and it was still delicious even being slightly cold. I ordered the Cajun chicken tacos both times. My boyfriend ordered the barbecue chicken wrap and he liked his as well. It doesn't say on their website, but they do serve alcohol there and have a different drink special everyday of the week.
